Trucklink EU staff take on the March in March!

Trucklink EU is teaming up with Pall-Ex to take on the March in March Challenge in aid of Combat Stress.

The annual challenge, organised by the veteran’s mental health charity, tasks individuals and teams alike to walk, run or even march 10 miles in total during the 31 days of March.

The funds raised by participants go directly to the charity, which provides help for veterans who require support with their mental health.

The challenge is an ideal opportunity to combine daily exercise with charity fundraising, with some even planning to use their daily dog walks to conquer the challenge!

Due to social distancing in place throughout March, the team will be completing the challenge individually or within their household bubbles but will submit recordings of their activity to a central portal on the Combat Stress website.

Maggie Bennion, Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer at Combat Stress comments:

“The money raised helps us deliver much needed support to veterans who are struggling with their mental health. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on everyone, so fundraising such as this is vital to ensure we can be there to continue delivering help to those who need it most.”
