Over the weekend, #TeamTrucklink took on the LOROS Tower Run, which sees people race up 351 steps to reach the top of Leicester’s iconic St George’s Tower.
The LOROS Tower Run which celebrated its 6th year on Saturday, saw competitive tower runners and charity fundraisers alike join together to walk or run up the iconic blue building and raise money for LOROS Hospice.

This year LOROS need to raise £6 million in voluntary donations to be able to deliver their amazing services. Without the generous support of the local community, their work would not continue. 90p of every £1 received goes towards patient care.
This years runners are aiming to raise over £20,000 in order to support the hospice. The funds will help LOROS to run their 31-bed inpatient ward and facilitate their nurse led Day Therapy Unit.
